 I've been art directing since I was in pigtails. More passion than job, I'm happiest when I'm working.

I specialize in managing and motivating design teams from concept
to completion. I'm good at meeting deadlines, managing budgets and delivering strong visuals.  I manage the overall creative and production process with experience in branding, digital, print and experiential design.

I have a collaborative management style and I'm comfortable in navigating
a highly matrixed organization.
